Diversity Matters: Recruiting Wisconsin’s Future Public Health Workforce is a 5-year project funded by the Healthier Wisconsin Partnership Program, a component of the Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin endowment at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Seeking nominations for 2017 Public Health Superheroes through May 1, 2017
Superhero’s are recognized for their contributions to public health, serve as role models for community members, and are willing to share their experiences related to public health with students.
The Advisory Group is seeking nominations for up to 5 community representatives from across Wisconsin with backgrounds or current careers in public health and are looking for a variety of disciplines, including health care, global health, public health nursing, mental health, nutrition, public health, epidemiology, and social services.
